This page explains what Deliteful Vending collects on this website, why, and who receives it.

What we collect

  • Placement requests: your name, business or property name, email, phone if you give one, location type, notes about foot traffic, the city if you send the form from a city page, and which page you sent it from.
  • Cooler planner: the location type, how many people are on site, hours, city or neighborhood, and what you say people need. We save those answers and the plan the tool returns.
  • Site usage: the pages you visit, the referring site, and a random session ID stored in your browser for that visit.
  • If you sign in, your login email.

Why we collect it

To reply about a cooler placement, build a cooler plan, and see which pages are useful.

The cooler planner is AI

The plan on /planner is written by an AI model through the Lovable AI gateway, not by a person sitting at a keyboard. What you type is sent there so the model can answer, and we keep a copy so we can follow up.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers below, who handle it so this site works. That is not the same as selling it.

Service providers

  • Supabase (through Lovable Cloud): stores placement requests, cooler-planner results, page views, and sign-in accounts.
  • Lovable AI gateway: receives the cooler-planner answers so it can write the plan.
  • Google Fonts: your browser loads the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • Google Maps: only if you click a map link. That opens Google, and Google then handles that visit.

Cookies and analytics

Our host, Lovable, runs an analytics script on every page. It sets a session cookie and logs page views, such as the page address, the referring site, and your browser type. We also keep our own page-view log, described above.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond and run our business, or until you ask us to delete it.
